"Even after all these years, I am still overwhelmed by the feeling of happiness when someone beams at you when they see their new smile for the first time," says Jürgen Wahlmann, describing his motivation and passion for the dental profession. "However, you need to earn this appreciation and you can only do it by building up expertise and through continuous learning. A further key element is the exchange among colleagues. Through my work on many dental committees, I come into contact with many practitioners and exchange views with them on assessments, problem areas and appropriate solutions. I would like to share this knowledge and my own experience in my courses and offer suggestions, not only for treatment but also for practice management. "
